Ben Osborne Photography
Shropshire and the Welsh Borders

Much of Ben’s work is based along the Welsh Borders, a beautiful area of rural Britain. This region has provided a mix of commissioned work, stock images and AV material. Commissions include work for Shropshire Wildlife Trust, Shropshire Tourism, English Nature and the National Trust.

Most of this work is based in the Shropshire Hills, an area of hills, valleys, forest and moorland in the south Shropshire. It is a quiet, rural region with superb scenery and delightful villages.

Stiperstones.jpg (9916 bytes)There are a number of important projects in progress in this area. English Nature and the Shropshire Wildlife Trust are working together to get the Stiperstones “Back to Purple”, a major effort to re-claim areas of heather moor. Ben worked for both organisations to produce a portfolio of moorland scenics and flowers photographs.

Ben has been involved with the Secret Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms. This is Shropshire’s millennium project and Ben shot major panoramas of the Shropshire hills for this popular tourist attraction.
